Get ready to blush...
Amanda J, one of the countries leading make-up artists explains how the oh-so pretty English Rose bridal look is all about the blush!
- The classic ‘English Rose’ look is soft and traditional, a beautiful look for a bride! To achieve it you need pale, flawless skin and a subtle rosy glow to the cheeks.
- If you’re going to be doing your own make-up on the day, find a foundation that gives you flawless coverage — try Clarins’ Express Compact Foundation (£27).
- Dot some cream blush (try Origins Pinch Your Cheeks, £12) onto the apples of your cheeks and gently blend in with your fingertips. Use in small amounts and then slowly build this up, and you'll be the blushing bride in no time!
- If you want a more intense look, simply apply a loose powder blush on top too.
